Trade Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant supports day-to-day trade marketing operations, with a focus on end-to-end Point of Sale Materials (POSM) logistics, inventory management, data accuracy, and operational reporting. The role works closely with the supervisor, regional teams, and Product Advisors to ensure timely POSM distribution, accurate stock records, and smooth execution of trade marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Able to work well with regional teams and product advisors
• Accurately checking stock balances and updating system records
• Able to manage tasks well and finish work on time
• Quickly solving delivery delays and stock differences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. Experience in FMCG or distribution business is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft application.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
