Junior Collection And Repossession Officer

About the role

Job Description

• Review and update the debtor list
• Work with cross functional teams in collection process
• Process all collections in a timely manner
• Contact customers and inform them of their outstanding payments
• Advise customers on their payment options and suggest methods of payment
• Negotiate suitable payment plans
• Maintain customer payment records
• Send out final warnings to customers when payments are not made
• Work closely with legal and insurance teams to facilitate payments
• Visit and collect the payments at the customer’s location if required
• Must be able to travel

Requirements

• Must have driven license
• Responsible for solving problems in duty and immediately report to direct manager about the problems for solutions
• Knowledge in check of customers and risk profile
• Must have strong interpersonal skills
• Must have good speaking ability to attract others (Internal customer and external customer)
• Must have excel and Microsoft experience
• A good academic background (mini bachelor’s degree)
