Digital Audit Associate (AI Automation)

About the role

Job Description

To lead the development and implementation of AI-driven automation, data analytics, and automated audit testing solutions to improve audit efficiency, coverage, and quality. The role will also support audit execution and other ARC activities as assigned by ARC Manager to ensure effective delivery of the team's audit plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation tools and data analytics solutions to enhance audit efficiency, testing accuracy, and coverage.
• Implement AI-assisted audit analysis, documentation, and report drafting, ensuring accuracy and reliability of outputs.
• Collaborate with audit teams to identify automation opportunities and continuously improve audit processes and cycle time.
• Support audit planning, fieldwork, testing, data analysis, and preparation of audit findings and recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up reviews and perform other audit and ARC-related tasks as assigned by ARC Manager.
• Willingness and ability to travel to branches and operational locations as and whenever required to support audit assignments and ARC activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in automation, data analytics, AI tools, or software development; exposure to internal audit or risk and compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of AI applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes, internal controls, and audit testing requirements.
