Responsibilities

• Monitor key business KPIs daily/weekly/monthly; analyse gaps and provide insights and recommended actions.
• Conduct business performance analysis for the organisation and support related functions with Business Planning.
• Conduct financial target setting (KPI) to ensure company financial objectives are achievable.
• Assist business units in reviewing performance and assessing key revenue and cost drivers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance data with variance analysis; analyse weekly product performance trends.
• Perform detailed variance and driver analysis on revenue, subscriber, usage, product and cost performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business performance management and management reporting, and in a management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage large data sets and present findings clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to create complex but easy-to-follow financial models.
• Experience in financial management reporting and financial analysis.
• Exceptional analytical, planning and verbal/written communication skills; ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience leading a team and dealing with stakeholders; ability to propose and defend opinions to influence financial objectives.
