About the role

Job Description

• Monitor inventory, GRN, transfers, issues, and waste.
• Maintain inventory records and update QuickBooks.
• Calculate menu, recipe, banquet, and event costs.
• Monitor COGS, purchase prices, and menu profitability.
• Review and recommend menu selling prices.
• Conduct monthly stock taking and usage reviews.
• Provide management with cost and profitability analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.

Requirements

• Education – Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (LCCI Level 3)
• Experience –Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (F&B report experience preferred)
• Other Skill – Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks)
