Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll validation and administration ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion.
• Work with Chief People Officer on Total Rewards framework, benefits, salary structures, market benchmarking and internal equity; manage annual reward review cycle.
• Ensure compliance with Personal Income Tax, Social Security and other Myanmar statutory obligations.
• Manage employee benefits including insurance, claims and vendor relationships.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding; establish HR service standards and SLAs.
• Own integrity of employee data and produce People Operations dashboards covering movements, payroll, leave, benefits and exceptions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience with strong background in HR Operations, Employee Services & Payroll, including leadership experience in financial services, telecoms or fast-paced organisations.
• Solid expertise in payroll administration, employee benefits, tax compliance and employment administration under Myanmar regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR controls, confidentiality, audit requirements, data governance and financial discipline.
• Strong analytical capability with practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/employee data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in both Myanmar and English.
