Responsibilities

• Define and implement the functional roadmap for Wave Money mobile applications (Customer App, Agent App, Shop locator and other apps), including Bill Payment, Savings, Loyalty and UX improvements.
• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring priorities align with business objectives, customer needs and delivery capacity.
• Project-manage app delivery cycles and lead app-related service design activities.
• Act as single point of contact for the app development company and design resources; guide implementation and design choices in development sprints as application owner.
• Ensure quality of deliveries by leading UAT and FUT; oversee app distribution channels and go-live coordination.
• Oversee app analytics strategy and KPIs; partner with BI and Marketing on campaigns, A/B tests and recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong strategic and analytical skills with consultancy skills and understanding of business planning cycles.
• Strong business acumen including market trends and customers; ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to partner with Leadership Team and lead work in a multi-cultural environment often without direct line authority.
• Complex project management leadership skills; understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); experience with app analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), Agile & Waterfall.
• Degree or advanced degree in Sciences/Quantitative field preferred.
