Job Description
Main Responsibilities - Manage project governance frameworks and reporting standards. - Lead requirement gathering and BRD preparation activities. - Coordinate project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. - Manage project stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners. - Review testing coverage and approve UAT/SIT execution plans. - Ensure quality assurance and production readiness. - Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies. - Support process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
Job Specification
Required Qualifications - Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering. - 8+ years in project management and PMO environments. - Experience in banking operations and enterprise systems. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. - PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred. - Knowledge of regulatory and operational reporting systems is an advantage.
