This also includes state-of-art training programs, quality assurance programs, and a robust supply chain and logistics system and health financing mechanisms. The Organization may also provide non-health related ancillary services that ensure and improve the well-being of its clientele.

OVERVIEW

CXR Technician is primarily responsible to get good quality X-ray, maintenance of X-ray machine and accessories and assist the Medical Doctor for reporting and recording. Moreover, he/ she is a key person for coordination between medical team and NTP for second opinion for X-ray diagnosis. The position is target-driven and ultimately responsible for achieving the acceleration of case screenings in urban TB control. The contract type is Service Agreement and The required position is 1 and the assigned area is Yangon.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Ensure to get good quality X-rays in accordance with national quality standards.
• Take main responsibility for maintenance of X-ray machine and accessories.
• Estimate and prepare adequate stock of all essential items as per team schedule.
• Assist Medical Doctor to project stock consumption as per team schedules in monthly basis.
• Assist to Medical Doctor for reporting and recording.
• Prepare CDs and necessary documents in case of second opinions are needed.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Term of Agreement

The Contractor will receive the basic daily service payment upon submission of a complete Daily Work Report to the respective Supervisor and payment will be made within 30 days after SCH receives and accepts the report. In addition, the Contractor may be eligible for a performance-based payment, which will be determined based on the verification of achievements against the Monthly or Quarterly Performance Indicator Report and the appraisal and approval of the respective Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must hold the valid X-ray Technician License
• Preferably relevant work experiences for 2 years
• Must be based in Yangon/Mandalay
• Competent in computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power-point, etc.)
• Must have good communication skill and advocacy skill
• Should be organized, systematic, dynamic and must interact well with others
