About the Role

The Junior Study Abroad Counselor joins Elevate Education’s Global Student Success Team (Commercial) in Yangon (onsite). Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with availability for weekends and outside office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on study-abroad pathways and school/university options.
• Support the counseling process from enquiry through application milestones.
• Collaborate with the student success and marketing teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Meet activity and conversion targets set by the team.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English and Burmese. - Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn counseling workflows. - Able to commit to onsite work in Yangon, including occasional weekends.
