About the Role

Recruitment Services Officer is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for operational and entry-level positions within agreed timelines and company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Support recruitment for operational and entry-level positions based on approved recruitment requests. • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, walk-in applications, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and applications against job requirements. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Conduct initial candidate screening and support mass hiring activities for operational positions. • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records. • Assist with salary communication and offer administration for operational candidates within approved guidelines. • Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations as needed and ensure completion of hiring documents. • Support job fairs, recruitment events, and talent attraction initiatives. • Support pre-onboarding activities and employee data preparation before joining. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations. • Experience in operational hiring, retail, FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume recruitment is an advantage. • Familiarity with recruitment systems, job portals, ATS, HRIS, and MS Office applications. • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening methods. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
