Senior Officer (Product Quality Assurance- Product & Innovation Department)

Position Details: - Department: Product & Innovation Department - Number of posts: 1 - Open to: male and female applicants - Work location: MAB Bank, Yangon, Myanmar

Duties and Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into test scenarios and validate that delivered systems meet approved functional and operational expectations. - Review BRD and prepare business test scenarios. - Coordinate UAT execution with user departments. - Document test evidence and defect observations. - Validate change requests and regression impacts. - Support sign-off readiness and issue reporting.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Finance. - Have minimum 3 years in BA/UAT/testing role. - Strong understanding of business process validation. - Good analytical thinking and problem solving - Good communication & stakeholder coordination - Report writing & documentation - Good time management
