Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team in Vietnam. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge public safety and enterprise communication solutions through comprehensive system testing, meticulous manual testing, and effective defect management using JIRA. You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, working closely with development, product, and project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems, focusing on system-level testing.
• Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement across various functionalities, user interfaces, and performance aspects.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements, specifications, and architecture, providing early input on testability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using JIRA, ensuring clear and concise reporting, prioritization, and follow-up until resolution.
• Participate in review meetings for requirements, design specifications, and test plans, providing constructive feedback.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test reports, defect summaries, and test coverage matrices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices within the team.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and share knowledge to foster a high-performing team environment.
• Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing as required.
