About the role
Job Description: - Daily update Wave reports, including Wave Refund Account, Wave MMQR, Wave Offline Biller, Wave Better, Wave Yoma Plus, and Yoma Staff Account. - Perform bank reconciliation for Car Share payments across Yoma Bank, KBZ Bank, CB Bank, AYA Bank, and A Bank. - Monitor and track all transactions in the Car Share App and Odoo System, along with the Cash Book. - Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports for all bank accounts. - Follow up on transactions regularly and provide updates to management.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or a related financial field. - Must have experience in account reconciliation. - Basic computer skills, including data entry and internet research. - Good teamwork, organizational, and communication skills. - Good analytical, numerical, and presentation skills. - Ability to work within deadlines. - Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with strong Excel proficiency.
