System Support Specialist

About the role

Job Description

• Provide technical and functional support for EMR and other clinical systems including RIS, LIS, and PACS.
• Troubleshoot application issues reported by users and escalate unresolved bugs to vendors or developers.
• Configure templates, forms, workflows, and permissions to meet evolving clinical requirements.
• Monitor system usage, performance, and identify enhancement opportunities through data and user feedback.
• Maintain user access control, credentialing, and profile configurations.
• Document application issues, support logs, updates, and system modification history.
• Support integration testing with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and billing modules.
• Provide frontline support during system downtimes and coordinate communication with helpdesk.
• Assist in validating and deploying hotfixes, patches, and major releases.
• Deliver basic user training during onboarding or system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or Diploma in ICT subjects is required
• Experience in ICT-related fields is preferred
• Fluent communication English (both writing and speaking) is preferable.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in related field
