Position Details

• Work location: MAB Bank, Yangon, Myanmar

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing Services for Trade (Import /Export) Processing and Documents & Data Checking

Detail Duties and Responsibilities

• Process import and export trade finance transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer information and trade documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Creating a contract and data checking to process trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bills for Collection (BC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and Trade Financing in the FLexcube banking system.
• Review and examine shipping documents in accordance with trade finance practices.
• Respond to customer and Relationship Manager (RM) inquiries regarding trade finance products and services.
• Processing the system/manual entries and checking the daily, monthly, and regulatory reports, including CBM reports.
• Support daily operational activities and end-of-day closing processes.

Job specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations or a related banking function.
• Good understanding of trade finance products and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
