E-commerce Ops Associate

About the role

Job Description

• Product & Platform Management: Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Performance Analysis: Track sales, inventory stock, operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Retail Operations Management: Oversee retail shops and partner outlets across Myanmar, ensuring smooth operations and strong partner relationships.
• Retail Network Expansion: Identify new retail opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and expand the nationwide retail network through regular partner visits and domestic travel.
• Cross functional department: Coordinate with cross departments to handle promotions, to support customer service and other related operational matters efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Able to travel across the nation.
