Implementation

• Understanding of Area Requirements, Shadow Analysis and Site Layout
• Activities and Tasks Scheduling for Implementation Vendors/Inhouse Teams
• SKOM with SAQ Supervisors and Vendors/Inhouse Teams
• Budget Control
• Handling Risks
• Implementation of Processes and Monitoring
• Teams Training and Development
• Internal/Outsourced Teams, Vendor Management and Feedback
• Ensuring Implementation Checklists and HSE & Quality Compliances
• Communication, Reports.

Cost

• Cost inputs from the field, Bottom-up cost and Time-Motion Study

Engineering Skills

• Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Documents Understanding
• Solar Sites Implementation

Qualification

• Graduate Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering
• Computer Literacy – Must Excel, Word and Power Point proficiency

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Site Implementation
• Solar (Microgrid, Minigrid and C&I) Projects Implementation Experience

Desirable Personal Skills & Attributes

• Team Player and Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent Reading, writing, Speaking and presentation skills (English and Myanmar)
• Open to extensive travel & exposure of multi-cultural environment
