Job Description

Standard: ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System

Job Purpose

To supervise and ensure food safety, product quality and compliance with ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP and company food safety procedures throughout all production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor raw materials, in-process production and finished product quality.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP plans, CCP/OPRP monitoring and PRPs.
• Monitor GMP, personal hygiene, sanitation and pest control.
• Verify chiller, freezer and production temperature records.
• Identify and control nonconforming products and food safety deviations.
• Investigate root causes and follow up on corrective actions (CAPA).
• Maintain QA records, traceability documents and food safety reports.
• Support internal audits, ISO 22000 certification audits and audit follow-up.
• Supervise and train QA staff on food safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and relevant departments to ensure continual improvement.
• Conduct routine food safety inspections at Seasons Bakery, Gong Cha, Pizza Hut, and other designated outlets

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• ISO 22000 / HACCP Internal Auditor training is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC or food safety within food manufacturing, bakery, or central kitchen operations.
• Experience in food safety inspections, CCP monitoring, hygiene control, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Experience in internal audits, nonconformity management, and supervising QA staff is preferred
