About the role

Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone and email to deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain call logs, manage incoming/outgoing communications, and follow up on pending tasks efficiently.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues and fulfill customer requests effectively.
• Issue recommendation letters, car pass cards, and employee ID cards as requested.

Requirements

• Any bachelor’s degree or diploma of hospitality.
• At least one year experience in customer services field.
• Computer skills of Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Four skills of English.
