Trade Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Job Description

To supervise trade marketing activities, manage field team performance, monitor POSM (Point of Sale Materials) implementation, and support visibility projects to strengthen brand presence and ensure effective execution of trade marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise relevant team members and monitor their daily field activities.
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports to the Trade Marketing Manager.
• Track and share the competitor information, trade promotions, and market feedback with the management team.
• Coordinate POSM arrangements with the trade marketing assistant for efficient allocation and delivery.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure timely, high-quality completion of POSM displays at outlets.
• Support visibility projects by preparing contracts & payment process as per plan.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years' work experience in trade marketing
• Demonstrated experience implementing operational trade marketing campaigns, working with outlets on POSM display
• Experience supervising a team to deliver on day-to-day plans
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
