About the role
Job Description
- To review building design matters in inspection of Renovation and fit-out process.
- To update Engineering Drawings for Renovation works.
- To assist to Engineering Documents for Operation & Maintenance.
- To liaise with internal teams (other departments), vendors, suppliers for M&E Service.
- To lead the technical judgement for upcoming issues, inspection and progress report.
- To do additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, renovation, decoration.
- Skill to use in Auto CAD-2D/3D.
- Good in negotiation and arbitration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve goal in time.
