Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ช่างประจําอาคาร (Technician) หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ 1. ควบคุมระบบและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในอาคาร 2. ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมบาํรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารตามแผนการทาํงาน 3. บันทึกการตรวจเช็คและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคารและหรือหัวหน้าช่าง 4. รักษาความสะอาดของห้องปฏิบัติการและดูแลรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยสําหรับการทำงาน 5. ปฏิบัติงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัท ตลอดเวลา 6. ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่ไดร้ับแจง้จากผเู้ช่า 7. ตรวจสอบการทาํงานของผู้รับเหมาที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในอาคารตามที่ไดร้ับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อความปลอดภัยของอาคาร 8. ประสานงานกบั เจา้หน้าที่อาคารอื่น ๆ เช่น พนกังานรักษาความปลอดภยั พนักงานรักษาความสะอาด เพื่อให้การบริการการซ่อมแซม เป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็ว 9. เตรียมความพร้อมสาํ หรับกรณีฉุกเฉินต่าง ๆ ตลอดเวลา10. จดมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าทุกเดือนและจดมิเตอร์น้ำทุกเดือน
