Responsibilities
- Assist with development permitting and acceptance: government correspondence, drawing/proposal submissions
- Oversee site compliance with design specs and acceptance criteria
- Help organize planning, fire safety and final acceptance inspections
- Liaise with local consultants and design institutes

Requirements
- Engineering degree (final-year students accepted)
- Strong technical drawing skills; Burmese official document drafting
- Knowledge of current Myanmar building codes
