NTT DATA, the global IT services company, needs a facilities specialist for its Singapore office. You'll manage maintenance, vendors and office events, and help with business continuity and ESG/CSR projects.

Responsibilities

• Make sure maintenance and repair requests are handled within agreed service levels
• Plan routine maintenance and keep the maintenance database up to date
• Carry out daily checks on cleanliness and building condition and get defects fixed
• Liaise with building management, security and cleaning vendors, and escalate poor performance
• Keep contractor permits, leases and related records
• Support office events, business continuity planning and ESG data projects

Requirements

• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Knows local workplace safety rules and hygiene practices
• Communicates well with people at all levels
• Good at coordinating projects and can lead a small team
• Self-motivated and works well under pressure
