What you'll do

• Resolve technical tickets across chat, email and video
• Reproduce issues and file crisp bug reports
• Write knowledge-base articles

Requirements

• 2+ years technical support or sysadmin
• Comfortable with Linux, containers and logs
• Excellent written English
