About the role

Job Description

To assist the Maintenance Manager in conducting and supervising all maintenance activities across the factory. This includes coordinating preventive maintenance plans, supervising the maintenance team (Senior Supervisor, Boiler Operators, Technicians), tracking utility usage, maintaining records, and stepping in to manage the department in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical & Electrical troubleshooting, repairing and root cause analysis with documentation
• Coordinate inspections with related teams (Pro, QA/QC, W/H, etc)
• Monitoring machine conditions and implementing the machine Preventive maintenance timely according to Maintenance Schedule
• Monitoring machine breakdown time and implementing to reduce the machine breakdown time minimum
• Reporting on downtime and entering all this data on logbook
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly check list and reports to Supervisor and Manager.
• Keep accurate records of breakdowns, repairs, downtime, and spare parts usage.
• Monitoring the utility operation and maintenance, production machine maintenance, plumbing, building maintenance, etc.

Key Requirements

• Minimum and preferred education: Any Graduated, THS
• Total Experience: Minium 2-3 years in Factory Maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Practical hand on practice scale both electrical and mechanical. Welding, Workshop skill.
• Other qualifications (if any): Soft scale Excel, Word, Power point.
• Travel Requirement: Occasionally supplier visits or urgent spare parts pickup
• Physical/Specific Conditions: May require working in hot, noisy, dusty environments; must be able to respond to emergency breakdowns outside normal hours (evenings/weekends); must be physically fit to inspect equipment throughout the factory
