Job Description
This role supports project planning and monitoring activities by tracking progress, preparing periodic reports, updating schedules, and coordinating with site teams. Maintain project databases and documentation, monitor work completion status, and assist in KPI and dashboard reporting to ensure accurate project performance tracking and timely decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Update project progress tracking sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Monitor work completion percentage.
- Support project scheduling activities.
- Coordinate project status updates from site teams.
- Maintain project progress database. Support KPI and dashboard reporting.
- Assist with schedule updates. Support documentation control.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Must have 1 year of experience in project planning, project coordination, or project controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
