Job Description

Senior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing on-site staff, and solving technical issues that arise during construction

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the on-site construction team.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitoring & Controlling project schedule Monitoring & Controlling quality Good analytical skill Problem solving skill Review and verify progress report Good managerial skill Knowledge in planning Procurement management Resource allocation Coaching * Review and verify contractors' claim good reporting skill
• Interpret and implement technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of (6) years of experience in construction or site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• In-depth understanding of structural, civil, and mechanical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and risk management.
