Job Description

Site Engineer is a critical role responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Engineer acts as the technical expert on-site, providing guidance to subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives, while coordinating closely with project managers and other engineering professionals. Key duties include supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and maintaining accurate project documentation. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitoring & Controlling site progress Inspecting contractors' work and materials Controlling Safety and Health activities Site inventory control Inspect and evaluate contractors' claim.
• Reporting daily and weekly progress Coordinating with landlord, contractors and internal team member Resolve issues & discrepancies Prepare site meeting minutes

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
