Job Description

The Supply Chain Executive is a senior, strategic leader responsible for the entire Supply and Operations Planning function. This role is pivotal in aligning demand, supply, and financial plans to achieve business objectives, with a specific focus on managing the relationship and supply chain with our key overseas partner and sister companies. The executive will drive operational excellence by overseeing the procurement of raw and packaging materials from our partners and ensuring the fulfillment of all sales orders to meet both partner targets and internal demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Strategy: Define and lead the strategic direction of the company’s Supply Chain Operations process to align with our overall business goals and partner commitments.
• Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Oversee the planning and ordering of all Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) from our overseas joint-venture partner, ensuring a continuous and cost-effective supply.
• Demand & Order Fulfillment: Drive the process of meeting sales targets from our partner and fulfilling the demand from our sister company. Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service levels.
• Cross-Functional & International Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between local leaders (e.g., Production, Finance) and our overseas partners. Align all teams to meet production and sales targets efficiently.
• Executive Alignment: Partner with senior leaders from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to gain consensus on the Supply Chain operations plan. Resolve high-level conflicts and make strategic decisions to balance competing priorities.
• Financial & Performance Oversight: Present the financial impact of Supply Chain Operations decisions to the executive team. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred. - 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or a strategic planning role, with a minimum of 5 years leading a robust Supply Chain process. Experience in international procurement, vendor relationship management, and logistics is essential. o Deep understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial reconciliation. o Proficiency with enterprise-level ERP systems and advanced planning software. o Executive Presence: The ability to command respect and influence decision-making among senior leaders. o Strategic Vision: Capacity to translate high-level business strategy into actionable Supply Chain Operations plans. o Exceptional Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, particularly in an international context.
