About the role

Job Description

This role is to assist in designing creative marketing materials that effectively promote the company's brand, events, and campaigns while maintaining consistent visual standards across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and promotional graphics.
• Assist in creating creative assets for marketing campaigns, in-mall events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Event, Leasing, and Promotion teams to develop creative concepts and campaign materials.
• Edit and retouch photos, illustrations, and digital artwork when required.
• Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print production.
• Support event branding, signage, and visual merchandising materials.
• Revise artwork based on feedback and ensure timely completion of design projects.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and digital assets.
• Stay updated on current design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other multimedia software is an advantage
• Strong creativity with a good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Basic knowledge of print production and digital media requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Myanmar
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
