About the role

Job Description

This role is to supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the Center, including equipment, facilities, and related services, and to ensure that all maintenance work is carried out effectively, safely, and in accordance with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing maintenance operations, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Planning and controlling maintenance budgets, expenses, spare parts, accessories, and material records.
• Monitoring preventive maintenance, servicing schedules, emergency repairs, and contractor performance.
• Coordinating with Head Office and relevant departments on maintenance, renovation, utilities, and project-related activities.
• Supervising maintenance staff, including duty assignments, attendance, leave, overtime, performance appraisals, training, mentoring, and development.
• Managing customer and tenant maintenance requests and complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitoring utility systems, including electricity, water, generators, diesel, gas stations, air conditioning, and other building facilities.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance, equipment, inventory, attendance, and service records.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facility management, engineering operations, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or management-level experience leading maintenance teams
• Experience in budget control, contractor management, procurement, maintenance scheduling, and reporting
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and maintenance/reporting systems
