About the Role

The Health and Safety Environment Executive is responsible for leading and managing all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities to ensure a safe, healthy, and well-behaved workplace. The role develops safety policies, manages risk control programs, promotes safety awareness, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, apply and monitor Health & Safety Risk policies and assessments, procedures, and safety programs - Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and code of contents - Conduct workplace hazard identification and risk assessments for mechanical, electrical, chemical, fire, noise, and manual handling hazards - Investigate accidents, incidents, hazards, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions - Promote the application of the Hierarchy of Control to minimize workplace risks - Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and safety compliance monitoring - Lead safety awareness programs and provide HSE training to employees - Ensure proper use and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Monitor workplace safety signs, warning systems, and color code compliance - Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, evacuation drills, and first aid preparedness - Maintain HSE records, incident reports, permits, Environmental Conservation and Prevention Plan (ECPP) and regulatory documentation - Work closely with internal all departments to improve workplace safety performance and safety culture and external steak holders also - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and environmental management Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE or factory safety management - Knowledge of workplace hazards, risk assessment, accident investigation, and safety regulations - Good understanding of PPE, fire safety, first aid, and emergency response procedures - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Travel requirement: Occasionally for supplier visits or urgent spare parts pickup
