Ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery performance to customers and distributors. 7. Warehouse Management Manage warehouse operations including inventory control, storage optimization, and dispatch processes. Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles, proper storage conditions for food safety (temperature, humidity). Implement warehouse automation and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. 8. Inventory & Working Capital Optimization Manage higher safety stock levels due to import lead times and uncertainty. Balance inventory holding vs. cash flow constraints in a high-interest and volatile FX environment. Minimize expiry risks, especially for short shelf-life products (beverages, noodles). 9. HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Leadership Champion a “Safety First” culture across all supply chain functions. Ensure full compliance with company and local HSE laws and regulations. Identify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks across procurement, logistics, and warehousing. Lead incident investigation and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Drive HSE training, awareness, and capability building for supply chain teams and contractors. Ensure proper waste management, environmental protection, and sustainability practices. Monitor and report HSE KPIs (e.g., LTIFR, near misses, audit findings). 10. Compliance, Quality & Risk Management Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Identify key risks (political, economic, logistics, supplier reliability). Maintain business continuity plans for supply disruptions. Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis response plans. Lead response during disruptions (e.g., port delays, currency shortages, regulatory changes). 11. Digitalization & Process Improvement Strengthen systems and processes where digital maturity may be limited. Drive continuous improvement culture within operational teams. Lead digital transformation initiatives (ERP, planning tools, warehouse systems). Use data analytics to support decision-making and improve performance.
