Review Project Documentation: Review Material Submittals, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements related to civil / Mechanical / Electrical works to ensure compliance with project requirements and provide feedback to Works Agency QA/QC Manager

Civil Inspection Activities: Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications and standards in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP). - Verify that the construction activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. - Inspect and verify the quality of materials, including soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials used in roads, drainage systems, and related infrastructure. - Monitor construction activities, including but not limited to: o Earthworks (cutting, filling, compaction, etc.) o Asphalt paving and concrete works. o Installation of drainage pipes, culverts, and manholes o Retaining walls, bridges, Tunnels, Dams and related structures - Participate in final inspections to confirm that all work meets the required quality standards before the handover phase.

Qualifications: Education: Diploma or degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in QC roles related to road and infrastructure construction mandatory.

Certifications: - Relevant certifications in construction quality control (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)-/ CSWIP, BGAS/ASNT / IEC, NEC, or local standards / Proficiency in material testing standards (e.g., BS, ASTM, AASHTO
