About the role

Job Summary: - Responsible for planning and controlling mold cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure quality and adherence to the defined schedule. - Plan manpower allocation for mold maintenance and repair tasks. - Develop and improve mold maintenance processes to achieve maximum efficiency. - Plan and prepare molds for job changes entering production, and perform maintenance on molds from completed jobs.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor inventory of all mold SKUs, accessories, and consumables within the department. - Inspect new molds, repaired molds, and stored molds to ensure readiness and support for production activities. - Prepare mold sets for production job changes and perform necessary repairs to support continuous production. - Collaborate with the production and quality teams to improve mold performance and implement corrective actions for defective mold components. - Train new subordinate employees and evaluate their practical skills and performance during the onboarding process. - Enhance mold durability and maintain part quality while identifying opportunities for cost savings and extending mold life cycles. - Communicate issues related to mold repairs and evaluate the overall situation within the department.
