Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. - ลงกำหนดการช่วงเวลาเปิด-ปิดของระบบต่างๆลงในระบบ BAS - ตรวจเช็คช่วงเวลาเปิด-ปิดของระบบ BAS ว่าเป็นไปตามกำหนดการหรือไม่ - ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบ BAS และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่ออุปรณ์หรือระบบผิดปกติ - เข้าดำเนินแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ที่ผิดปกติในเบื้องต้นของระบบ BAS - หากไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ให้ติดต่อช่างผู้ชำนาญการหรือเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าดำเนินการแก้ไขระบบในลำดับต่อไป - ตรวจเช็คช่วงเวลาการขอ OT Air และจัดทำบันทึกการเปิด-ปิดระบบ - ทำการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันให้ระบบ / อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า และเครื่องกลต่างๆ - เสนอการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์ / เครื่องมือ / วัสดุช่างต่างๆ ให้กับหัวหน้าช่าง - ควบคุม ดูแล ตรวจสอบและประสานงานการปฏิบัติงานกับผู้รับเหมาต่างๆ - จดบันทึกปริมาณการใช้ไฟฟ้า ,น้ำประปา และจัดส่งให้กับหัวหน้าช่างทุกสิ้นเดือน - นำข้อมูลของ OT Air จัดส่งหัวหน้าช่างทุกสิ้นเดือน - สรุปรายงานการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ ทางด้านช่างให้กับหัวหน้าช่าง เพื่อเสนอต่อแผนกวิศวกรรมต่อไป - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา - รายงานโดยตรงกับหัวหน้าช่าง
