PM Technician (Maintenance Technician)

About the Role: Unilever Vietnam is hiring a PM (Preventive Maintenance) Technician for its Cu Chi factory in Ho Chi Minh City. You will keep production machines and equipment running safely and efficiently through maintenance, repairs and continuous improvement.

Job Details: - Workplace: Lot A2-3, Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Park, Tan An Hoi, Ho Chi Minh City - Working time: 6 days a week, office hours, and ready to work shifts when production needs it

Key Responsibilities: - Carry out condition-based and scheduled mechanical maintenance. - Assemble, repair and machine mechanical parts and equipment. - Operate and maintain automated control systems on the production lines. - Set up and maintain power and control electrical systems. - Install, check and tune drives, measuring instruments and sensors. - Diagnose faults and manage and monitor PLC systems; take part in PLC programming for process improvements. - Follow all health, safety and environment (HSE) rules and use the right protective equipment. - Make sure maintenance work meets company quality standards. - Take part in loss analysis, TPM, WCM and continuous-improvement activities. - Find root causes of equipment problems and plan and carry out maintenance and repairs. - Work closely with Production, Quality, SHE and other teams, and help train team members.

Requirements: - Vocational, college or university qualification in mechanical, electrical, electrical-automation, mechatronics or a related field. - At least 1 year of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant. - Knowledge of mechanics, industrial electrics, PLCs and automation systems. - Able to read technical documents and do basic technical calculations. - Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. - FMCG experience is an advantage. - Willing to work shifts when production requires.
