About the Role: Thai Wah is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for its tapioca starch plant (Thai Nam Tapioca) in Udon Thani, Thailand. You will lead the mechanical maintenance team and keep the factory's machines running safely and reliably.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan and control preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance work. - Inspect, analyse and fix machine problems, and put measures in place so they do not happen again. - Control PM, machine availability, downtime and maintenance KPIs. - Manage and develop the mechanical maintenance technician team. - Control the use of spare parts, tools and maintenance costs. - Support machine improvement projects and higher production efficiency. - Make sure all work follows safety, GMP, HACCP and factory standards. - Coordinate with production, engineering, QA and other departments.
