Job Title: Production Technician-2

Summary: The Production Technician runs the assigned production process and related utilities, making sure production in the area is safe, reliable in quality and efficient.

Responsibilities Include: - Run daily production and inspections in the assigned area. - Keep production safe by following EHS rules and SOP/WI, report unsafe conditions, supervise contractors in the area, and report accidents or near misses. - Maintain cleanliness and good 5S in the assigned area. - Staff doing high-risk or PSM-related work must be trained and tested before starting. - Take part in risk assessments of production processes and operations. - Follow the production plan so products reach customers on time, in the right quantity and quality. - Solve problems during production according to set guidelines. - Take samples and run in-process quality checks according to the sampling plan. - Apply TPM in the area of responsibility so machines run efficiently. - Record production data in SAP. - Other assigned tasks.

The following are required for the role: - High Vocational in Chemical, Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Production Technology or related fields. - Computer literacy - Fair command of English communication skill - Safety consciousness - Background from chemical industry or polymer/plastic is preferred - Knowledge of Management System, e.g. PSM, ISO9001, ISO140001 and ISO45001 is preferred - Good work discipline and hands-on - Forklift Driving License
