About the Company: Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), one of Danaher's operating companies, supplies genomics products that help researchers move from the lab to advances in cancer, infectious disease, rare genetic disorders and more.

About the Role: This position is part of the Manufacturing & Operations team in Singapore. It is fully on-site (Day Shift: 7am to 4pm).

Responsibilities: - Execute manufacturing processes and operate laboratory equipment to produce products according to established procedures and production requirements. - Ensure product quality and compliance by analyzing QC results, maintaining accurate documentation, identifying defects, and releasing product in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. - Maintain operational excellence through equipment upkeep, problem solving, adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: - Diploma in a Science-related discipline (e.g. Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical Science) or Nitec/Higher Nitec with 3 years of relevant industry experience. - Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or related regulated production environment. - Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accurately document work in electronic systems, and perform manufacturing tasks while adhering to quality and safety requirements.

Preferred: - Previous experience working in a life science laboratory setting, including adherence to laboratory procedures and best practices.
