About the role

Position Details: - Department: Digital Banking & Cards Department - Number of posts: 1 - Open to: male and female applicants - Work location: MAB Bank, Yangon, Myanmar

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in the development, enhancement, and launch of card products and services. - Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth KPIs for card issuing products. - Conduct direct sales and business development activities with corporate companies and individual customers. - Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders. - Coordinate and communicate with branches to drive card sales, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth. - Organize and conduct product awareness, knowledge-sharing, and training sessions for branch staff and relevant stakeholders. - Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs. - Monitor product performance and prepare periodic reports and presentations. - Coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and other departments on product-related matters. - Assist in resolving product-related operational issues and customer inquiries. - Coordinate with Visa, Mastercard, and service providers on product initiatives and requirements. - Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and card scheme rules. - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, card business, sales, business development, or related areas. - Strong sales, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Ability to conduct product training and customer presentations. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel for branch visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
