About the role
Job Description: - Oversee day-to-day operations of plant, utilities, security, and landscaping functions to ensure safe and reliable hospital operations - Ensure full compliance with JCI FMS standards, Myanmar Fire Safety Code, and other applicable statutory regulations - Oversee the day-to-day running of power generation, electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and water systems. - Monitor and evaluate performance of outsourced security and landscaping vendors to ensure compliance with service-level agreements - Assist in preparing the annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets for facility operations, plant systems, and external services - Track and report key operational metrics, including uptime, maintenance response times, and incident closure rates
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or related technical field. - Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in hospital or infrastructure facility operations, including utilities and security. - Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage vendors effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
