Junior Automation Analyst

About the role

Job Description: The Automation AI Analyst will develop and implement AI and automation solutions to improve business operations and reduce manual work. The role will mainly support Investment, Business Innovation & Insights, and Audit functions, with additional involvement in HR-related automation project.

Key Responsibilities: - Review business processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation. - Assist in developing and maintaining AI agents and automated workflows based on business requirements. - Develop Python scripts to automate data processing, reporting, and repetitive tasks. - Explore AI tools and data analytics to support investment research and business insights. - Assist in developing automation solutions for audit activities, including data checking and reporting. - Support the integration of AI applications with existing systems through APIs and databases. - Test, troubleshoot, and improve automation solutions. - Work with different business teams to understand requirements and develop practical solutions. - Research and recommend suitable AI tools and technologies for business use.

Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in AI, software development, or business process automation are welcome to apply. - Good knowledge of Python programming. - Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. - Familiarity with AI/LLM tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, or Google Gemini. - Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and SQL. - Knowledge of data processing using pandas and NumPy is an advantage. - Familiarity with Power Automate, UiPath, or other automation tools is a plus.
