About the role

Job Description

Responsible for management of at least 1 major clinical/non-clinical department - Operations: responsible for the following functions of department names - Responsible for day to day operations - Business Process Mapping for smooth operations flow - Specialist/key stakeholder relationship management and communication - Financial - Understand, analyse different revenue streams - Analyze P&L and develop ideas to increase revenue - Strategy and Planning - Market intelligence as per scheduled timeline - Clinical/Non-Clinical Service Planning - Promotion and execution as per organization direction - Understand, analyse and provide input for CAPEX - Talent Management - Develop and manage talent of staff as per career pathway - Man Power Mapping and cost management - Reporting - Monthly report and daily report as per requirement with analysis and action plan - Report as per nature and requirement of department or organization - Quality - Ensure JCIA compliance of respective departments - Department risk management - Patient Experience - Achieve Benchmark % of the hospital of respective departments

Requirements

M.B.B.S, M.B.A (or) M.H.A (or) Equivalent Degree Min 1 year working experience in healthcare environment/ Fresh Graduate Soft Skill - Conflict resolution - Ethic and professionalism - Communication - Collaboration - Use of AI - Consumer oriented - Cultural competency - Time management and priority setting
