About the role

Job Description

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into smart solutions.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Designer, Software Engineering, and PM.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Support project implementation through UAT coordination, change management, and post-deployment analysis.
• Evaluate current processes and systems, identify gaps, and propose enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the development of junior analysts and help scale best practices across the business analysis team.
• Coaching junior analysts and drive the continuous improvement of business analysis practices across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis in a software development environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management and storytelling skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

• Knowledge of industry-specific software applications.
• Experience in high-growth environments (tech companies, or product-focused teams).
