About the role

Job Description

• Update the inventory machine list and Medical Equipment Asset Code, ME summary of all medical equipment using in Hospital.
• To plan and implement the scheduled of Preventive Maintenance program and Calibration Program for medical equipment.
• Coordinate with supplier’s Engineer for repair, calibration and Maintenance procedure according to Hospital Contract Policy.
• Handling of equipment user complaint (Corrective Maintenance).
• To do all purchase requests, capital expenditure request, service request to Supply Chain Department and all recorded in soft copy.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure technical and clinical staff are knowledgeable about equipment types, designated usage areas, functions and applications, routine cleaning and disinfection protocols, and basic troubleshooting for minor issues.
• To cooperate with Quality Control team for JCIA requirements such as department policy and Service Improvement Plan.
• Update the Maintenance record of Preventive Maintenance of Medical Equipment.
• To check and update the record of Department store list.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
• Qualification : At least 2 years’ relevant experience in biomedical engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
