About the role

Job Description

• Perform repair processes such as Composite, Sheet-metal, Plasma spray, Ultrahigh Water Jet, Shot-Peening, Heat Treatment, Cleaning, Masking, Blasting & etc.
• Meet tight and demanding repair production schedule and delivery requirements.
• Participate in cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects/events.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher NITEC.
• Preferably with experience in engine component repair industry.
• Knowledge and skills in repair processes. E.g.: Composite, Sheet-metal, Plasma spray, Ultrahigh Water Jet, Shot-peening & Heat Treatment.
• Ability to work in shift rotation and support overtime in production.
• Basic command of written and spoken English.
