HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Hardware Design Engineer , you’ll be a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building high ‑ performance, high ‑ quality networking products.

You will

• Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from component selection and schematic design through board bring ‑ up, debugging, and validation.
• Work hands ‑ on with complex, high ‑ speed digital designs that push performance and reliability boundaries.
• Collaborate with global, cross ‑ functional teams to integrate hardware deliverables and drive products from concept into production.
• Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.
• Execute empirical testing and root ‑ cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development, including driving Joint Development Model (JDM) engagements to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions and successful program outcomes.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional technical teams, as well as work independently and make sound technical decisions when required; adaptable and willing to take on a wide range of technical projects.
• Self motivated with a proven ability to build productive working relationships across engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and clearly explain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
